We define a qualified lead as a phone call longer than one minute, a form submission with a valid Australian phone number, or a GBP direction request from inside your service area. No tyre-kickers, no spam, no bot traffic.

Is the build really free?

Yes. You pay nothing for the design, the build, the launch, or the first 90 days of support. The only commitment is a 12-month SEO retainer at $1,500 per month, which kicks in once the site is live and generating its first traffic. If you want the site without the retainer, that is the paid build path at $3,500 one-off.

What is the catch?

There is no hidden catch. The trade-off is transparent: we invest roughly 60 hours of design, copy, and setup time upfront, and we recover that investment through the SEO retainer over 12 months. That is why we cap it at three builds a month. We only take on businesses we are confident we can rank and keep ranked.

Do I own the site?

You own everything. The domain is registered in your name, the hosting is in your account, the Google Analytics is linked to your email, and the codebase is yours to export at any time. We do not hold your site hostage. If you ever want to walk away after the 12-month retainer, you take everything with you.

What if I cancel the SEO retainer early?

Cancelling inside the 12 months triggers a pro-rata buyout of the remaining build cost, calculated on the $3,500 paid-build value. Example: cancel after 6 months and the remaining buyout is $1,750. This is not a gotcha, it is spelled out in the written proposal before you sign anything.

How long does the build take?

Fourteen days from brief to launch for a standard 10-page site, assuming you respond to brief questions and content requests within 48 hours. If you need a longer timeline or have more than 10 pages, we quote the extra work before starting. No surprise delays, no vanishing project manager.

Do you service my suburb?

If you are based in metropolitan Adelaide, yes, always. We also take on clients in Melbourne and occasionally Sydney, Brisbane, and Perth. If you are in regional SA or interstate, mention it in the qualifier and we will tell you honestly whether we can service you well or not.

What if I already have a domain?

Perfect. We migrate your existing domain and preserve your Google Business Profile history. If you have existing traffic or rankings on an old site, we set up the right 301 redirects so you do not lose them. If you do not have a domain yet, we help you register one in your name.

What if I do not qualify?

You get a short written explanation of why, and a recommendation on what to do instead.
