Quick answer

SEO services make your website and Google Business Profile easy to find and easy to choose when people search for what you sell. The work covers technical fixes, service and location pages, internal links, local SEO and Google Maps, AI search visibility and a monthly report on calls and enquiries. My SEO services start at $1,500+GST a month, month to month, and I do the work myself.

What my SEO services include.

6 parts, each one done by me and shown in your monthly report.

Technical foundations

I make your site easy for Google to crawl and quick for customers to use: page speed, mobile layout, indexing, redirects, and structured data that matches what each page shows. Moving to a new site? My SEO migration checklist lists the checks I run before and after the move.

Service and location pages

A useful page for each service you sell and each area you serve, written in your words and ending with a clear next step. These are the pages that turn a visit into a call or an enquiry.

Internal links

I link related pages across your own site, so Google understands what each page covers and customers find the next page they need. Each month I point links from pages already earning visits to the pages I'm building up.

Local SEO and Google Maps

Google Business Profile optimisation and Google Maps syndication, for more calls and bookings from Maps. Read more about my local SEO and Google Maps syndication.

AI search visibility

Google's AI Overviews and AI assistants lean on reviews, consistent business details and pages that answer real questions. I build those signals into the work. Read about AI search optimisation, or see what I include as an AI SEO agency.

My guide to generative engine optimisation shows where it overlaps with the SEO you already do.

Monthly reporting

Each month you get a plain report on calls, form enquiries, Search Console clicks and searches, the work I did and what comes next. I'm a phone call away if you want to talk any line through.

How I work, month by month.

You deal with me at every step. Every plan runs month to month, so each month's work is there to earn the next.

1

Audit

I look at your site, your Google Business Profile, your Search Console data and the searches your customers make, then list the biggest opportunities in order.

2

Plan

A written plan for your business, area and budget: which pages to build or fix, which searches to target and what I'll report on.

3

Build and fix

Technical fixes, page content, internal links and local SEO. I do the work myself, every month.

4

Report

A monthly report on calls, enquiries, clicks and searches, with the work done and what's next. Call me about any line in it.

In the first month I run the audit, fix the technical issues that matter most and set up your reporting, so every report after it measures against a clear starting point. From there, each month adds pages, internal links and Business Profile work in the order the plan sets. My guide for a website dropped off Google shows the Search Console checks I run first.

Local SEO or national SEO: which suits your business?

It depends on where your customers are and how they buy.

Local SEO

For businesses that serve an area

Trades, clinics, salons and professional services. Most of their calls come from Google Maps and from service and suburb pages, so the work centres on your Google Business Profile, Google Maps syndication and a page for each service and area you cover.

Fine Automotive Detailing, The Gut Guy and Mark L Hair all grew this way.

National SEO

For businesses that sell Australia-wide

Online stores especially. The work centres on category and product pages, technical health across a larger site, and pages that answer buyers' questions before they purchase.

Delidoor and G Life Watches grew this way.

3 questions that decide it

  • Do customers find you by searching a service plus a suburb or 'near me'? Start local, with your Business Profile and suburb pages.
  • Do you ship, deliver or consult anywhere in Australia? Start national, with category, product or service pages built for the whole country.
  • Do you have a shopfront and an online store? Run both, with a Business Profile for the shop and national pages for the store.

I usually start a service business on its own suburbs and add more areas as the calls come in. My 3 Website SEO tiers follow that path: a suburb cluster, then a whole city, then several cities.

Questions about SEO services.

What do SEO services do?
They make your business easier to find and easier to choose on Google. In practice that means technical fixes so Google can read your site, a useful page for each service and area, internal links, Google Business Profile and Maps work, and a monthly report on the calls and enquiries the work brings in.
How much should you pay for SEO services?
Enough to cover real work every month in the areas you want to reach. My Website SEO is $1,500+GST a month for a suburb cluster, $2,500+GST for a whole city and $4,000+GST across several cities. Google Business Profile optimisation is $750+GST once, and Google Maps syndication is $800+GST a month, or $1,450+GST for 2. Whoever you choose, ask for the price in writing with a list of what each month includes.
Is SEO being replaced by AI?
AI is changing how search results look, and the work underneath stays the same. Google's own guide to its generative AI features says optimising for them is still SEO. AI Overviews and assistants draw on pages Google can crawl, on reviews and on consistent business details, so the work I do for search also builds your AI search visibility.
Is SEO worth it for a small business?
It suits a business with a clear service, an area to serve and room for more customers. Each useful page and each month of Business Profile work keeps bringing in searches without a cost per click. Ali Haque's Fine Automotive Detailing in Adelaide went from #9 to #2 on Google Maps in month 1, and The Gut Guy in Melbourne saw scheduled consultations rise 50% from local SEO. On the first call I'll tell you whether SEO, Google Ads or both suit where your business is now.
Is there a lock-in contract?
Every plan runs month to month, and you can stop at the end of any month. You keep your website pages, your Google Business Profile, your reports and your accounts, because they belong to your business.
Who does the work?
I do. I'm Chris Lourenco, I've run Loudachris from Adelaide since 2017 and I've managed more than 200 campaigns. You deal with me from the first audit to every monthly report, and you can call me directly on 0403 454 199.

Before you go

I also sang about SEO, live.

Sung live at my BNI chapter meeting in Adelaide, to the tune of a Bryan Adams song, in front of people who had to see me again the following Wednesday. You work directly with the person doing the work here, so you may as well know what you're getting.

Bryan Adams, please forgive me. Literally.

Once the leads are coming in, I also run ai.loudachris.com.au, with practical AI workflows for ServiceM8, Xero, MYOB, HubSpot and the software your business already uses.
