Crawled, currently not indexed
"Crawled, currently not indexed" is Google Search Console telling you it read your page and chose not to include it in the index.
This is different from "Discovered, currently not indexed", which means Google knows the page exists and hasn't got to it yet.
Discovered is a scheduling matter and usually resolves.
Crawled and not indexed usually reflects a judgement that the page doesn't add enough to be worth storing yet.
Google's own help says there's no need to resubmit these pages for crawling.
What changes it is giving the page something the indexed pages don't have, such as your own numbers, your own photographs, a specific job or a position only you can take.
It's common on templated suburb pages, where 30 pages differ only by a place name.
What this means for you
If Search Console shows a lot of these, the answer sits in the content, so I deepen the pages already there before writing more of the same kind.
