Crawled, currently not indexed
"Crawled, currently not indexed" is Google Search Console telling you it read your page and chose not to include it in the index.
This is different from "Discovered, currently not indexed", which means Google knows the page exists and hasn't got to it yet.
Discovered is a scheduling matter and usually resolves.
Crawled and not indexed is a judgement, and Google has decided the page doesn't add enough to be worth storing.
Resubmitting it doesn't change that, because Google has already seen it and made its decision.
What changes it is giving the page something the pages already indexed don't have: your own numbers, your own photographs, a specific job, a position only you can take.
It shows up most often on templated suburb pages, where 30 pages differ by a place name and nothing else.
What this means for you
If Search Console shows a lot of these, the site has a content problem rather than a technical one, and more pages of the same kind will land in the same bucket.
